Phony Iraqi stamps

Dear friends,

 

    Recently an Iraqi cheater invented some phony stamps to deceive philatelists around the world claming that the Iraqi postal authorities released a bunch of overprinted and surcharged stamps, which can not be described but as cheap fakes. The stamps were holding the verse “Iraq in Coalition occupation”. The man can not distinguish that the Coalition authorities do not dare claming that, by issuing such releases. Please tell your friends in Philately that there is no such stamps and that there are no stamp releases yet issued by the Iraqi postal authorities since the last issue on the year 2002.
