The following press release has been received from the Falkland Islands Post Office for General Circulation: "It has come to our attention that labels are currently being advertised and sold bearing a value and the words "Westpoint Falkland Islands" thus resembling postage stamps. We wish to make it absolutely clear that these labels are not postally valid nor authorised by the Falkland Islands Government. We condemn their production as we believe innocent collectors may be "hoodwinked" into believing these labels are postage stamps and, from the way they are produced and being marketed, we consider that this is the intention of both the producers and the sellers.
