On 6 November 2002, the Ministry of Post and Communications of the Czech Republic issued a definitive postage stamp with a portrait of the president of the republic in the denomination of CZK 6.40 based on the postage stamp issued on 1st March 2000.

The stamp is valid for inland and international postage from 6th November 2002 onwards.
